Dragon Soldiers serve the royal king in war. Scars given to them as dragon's transfer to the mortal body and leave the dragon's body. The mortal is a 'case' for the soul of the dragon. In war, if the human body gives out, the dragon dies. The mortal body must live a designated time before the soul of the Dragon is free. The Dragon and the Human are the same being. Faja IS a dragon, in other words.

They are servants of the royal, and unfortunately, treated fairly badly and much like dogs.
