Dracthyr, like other Dragons in the World of Warcraft setting, are able to take on other forms (known as a Visage) when interacting with other races of the world.
I'd choose to be a Tauren when I'm not busy being a Dragon!

We still can't choose our own Visage form in-game though (we're stuck with a human one, eww!). Just give us a glyph or barber shop option to choose another race as our Visage! They don't even have to make new models for that!
