So this character is a character i have had for a long long time and last time i drew her was about 6-7 years ago on a old account of mine.
She is now revived once again.
Her name is Neyon.
I did some changes to her markings because i put too much of them on her just to make her simpler to draw.:P
She is a gentle soul caring for others.:)
