This is what i felt like this morning….

How? I dont really know.

I just half woke up, did a tiny leg stretch and was about to go to sleep a bit more.

However all of a sudden i felt a snap in my leg and then pain that i can’t describe in words. it was not quick pain but a pain that kept going for a whole bloody minute. I screamed in agony during that time and it felt like a eternity.

Thankfully the pain did go away.

But i could not walk much today.

Such a painful day.:C
