Everyone conga, or you're fired.
So after about a month total on this (much of it not doing anything) I finally finished. Combined SFM, TF2, and Photoshop.
Skullamander the dragon pyro, Gizgar the fennec sniper, Genes the tiger spy, Marina the fempyro, a placeholder labrador soldier till I can get details from Aiko on what she wants, and Tony the lemur scout.

The first one is mine. The green and black one is a friend's fursona, the black and red one is a friend's sort of fursona (he's not actually a furry), the one with the purple mask is a friend's pyro, the yellow dog was a placeholder that I just did to fill some space, and the grey and white one is my brother's fursona.

Well he's sort of a clone of a fire elemental dragon, he came through a rift after a teleporter experiment failed. There's no reason for him to wear the skull mask other than he's modeled physically after my pyro in TF2. There's a lot more info here on his character bio thing.
