This was one of a swries of Faerie cats that I produced to sell at the Marcon Art show. Sold back in 2005, this is still my fave of the series. At the time, I wrote:

Fayeline Type: Flutterflora
Element: Earth
Born in: A hole in the trunk of a Fairy Oak.
Notes: Soft and purring, this Flutterflora loves to laze around outside on tree limbs and such, preferring grass over carpet. This little one is fond of all green growing things, and herb gardens as well as potted flowers seem to fair better and have more blooms when this Fayeline is nearby. It is definitely a lap cat’ as this Fayeline extremely laid back and also very good with children. It is protective of all living things, looking depressed when the lawn is mowed, and was even seen placing a baby bird back in its nest after it had fallen.
