Reference + Design commission for idiotXD

It's been a while since I've done design commissions (where I help design a new character.)
I was given a very good description and a sweet colour scheme to work with!
I did hold a stream to do the design live. (helps with feedback and ideas :D ) And that was a lot of fun!
