I don't remember what inspired me to draw a Shadow Lugia at the time, but I had fun working on it! Also allowed to me to try a couple things with coloring. x3

I'd like to imagine that this is a special move called "Shadow Belch". It's like Shadow Blast, but it has the effect making the targeted Pokemon fatter. Fun times, I'm sure!
