A tiny sketchwork I did to entertain myself and experiment with potential future character designs! 98% traditional art, but I did color in the border digitally in Photoshop so the picture wouldn’t look too droll... zooming in also allows you to see how much bleed I am fighting against when coloring this stuff, and really goes a long way to show exactly how much marker ink gets outside the lines.

The characters in this time are Hraesvelgr (left), the Jotun of Wealth and Luck, as well as a rival merchant king of his who has yet to be given a name (right). They govern the vast majority of the money and businesses that collectively form Åsgard, and rumors have it that they are heavily involved in mafioso activity there as well. But who knows? Rumors are just rumors...
