An Elemental commission for Babs with a retro/subtle Disneywave theme!

This image is the branching off point of Elemental commissions and Retrowave commissions due to the demand for the latter in recent Elemental batches! I'm going to set them up with their own folder on some of my art sites and retroactively (heh) include the other two images in this general theme as well to start.
