This is the tail end of a pool noodle TF commissioned by Devmon52.

"Why a pool noodle?" you might ask.

Well, Devmon wasn't sure what to be TFed into, so he left it up to the stream audience to suggest things. Something inanimate was quickly decided on, then a pool toy. Specifically, a snake pool toy.

At which point I asked, "wouldn't a snake pool toy be a pool noodle?"
