The Warlord is, alongside Sailor Bennu, S. Khalkutaurus and S. Behemoth, are members of the Sailor Slayer team to possess three forms. The Warlord is a tall, muscular man with long, black & red spiky hair, orange eyes and a menacing, fanged visage. His armor is red with silver lining and spikes. His gauntlets resemble the claws of a monster. He wears a long, purple cape.
His civilian form is different from his sailor knight form. In his civilian form he is less muscular, although still bulky, while his hair is shorter and completely black. His eyes are also black and lacks the vampire-like teeth of his knight form. In his civilian form, he wears a leather jacket with spikes on the shoulders, a belt with a silver buckle, blue trousers and black biker boots.
He also has another "semi-Warlord" form he can turn into. This spuedo-sailor knight form is easier to turn into due to the fact that it doesn't require as much intense emotion to trigger the transformation. In this form, his muscles increase in size a bit, his hair becomes longer and spikier, but remains black. He gains metallic red and silver bracelets on each arm and his legs.

Description: Martin/The Warlord is very kind, gentle, shy, sweet and a gentleman with women, who will stand up for what he believes is right (even if his opinions may clash with close friends and loved ones). Unlike most guys of his age, he has no interest in booze, drugs, partying late, having sex with lots of women and generally trying to act all macho. Also, he seems to prefer the company of women over those of his own gender, seeing that most guys seem to be always thinking about sex, alcohol and drugs. He likes animals and always tries his best to respect the enviroment. He cannot stand players and womanizers, rich people and authority figures who see themselves as gods amongst their people, those who abuse of the Earth's resources,and anyone who one way or another, prey off the innocent. Martin is also very polite and well-mannered. He is the cousin of Susanna/Sailor Tiamat, whom he shares a close bond with.
Like Selina' he views life with much seriousness, peharbs even moreso than Selina herself. He may take sarcastic jokes and comments very seriously. Ever since his first encounter with Balrog, Martin has become afflicted with some sort of traumatic-stress disorder, making him fear the werewolf king and refusing to let his sailor protegees fight Lord Balrog unless he is present. Although not bright when it comes to anything math-related, he possesses vast knowledge on werewolves and other monsters, and can figure out an enemy's weakness during battle.
As the Warlord he becomes cold and sometimes outright aggressive towards males, usually executing male villains in brutal ways after defeating them without a second though. However, his respect towards women remains intact, meaning that he pretty much, becomes defenseless against female villains, which results in the Sailor Slayers he's supposed to protect having to save him instead.

Origins: Although not having lived during the moon kingdom, is implied that The Warlord is Sailor Moon's anger and lust for revenge personified. He was born as Martin, in the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico during the 1990's, and for a time, moved with his family to Chicago. Martin was different from all the other kids, he was stronger than the adults even, and could survive injuries that would otherwise kill kids his age. He could also shoot small energy blasts from his hands whenever he was angry. As he grew, Martin mastered his special abilities while going though the life of a kid growing up.

He and his family moved back to Mexico when Martin was already a teenager. There, in high school, he would befriend the girls who would later become the Sailor Slayers. During this time, Lord Balrog had come to Mexico to look for the Sailor Slayers. He went after a teenage girl named Lupita, whom he believed to be one of the Sailor Slayers of legend. Lupita was Martin's crush at the time, and were attacked by the werewolf king during their date kidnapping Lupita during the attack. Martin, after a long hard battle that took all night, succeeded in rescuing the aforementioned damsel in distress. Balrog, seeing that this young man with special powers was becoming a threat to his mission, decided to "fish" him out, using Lupita as the bait. Days later, the king of the werewolves kidnapped Lupita again and challenged Martin to a final battle. Martin accepted and searched for Lupita and Balrog and eventually found them by the mountains.

The young Sailor Knight and the Lycan Lord fought once again. Seeing Lupita hurt, and thinking of all the people that had been murdered by the lycan lord, Martin finally snapped and transformed into The Warlord. Now, seeing that Lupita wasn't a Sailor Slayer, and The Warlord being the closest thing to a Sailor Slayer, Balrog decided to go after Martin instead. Fortunately, Balrog fell right into his demise, because Martin now had the power necessary to defeat the king of the werewolves. He finally managed to do what no werewolf hunter, sailor soldier and alien tried to do in millenia, kill Lord Balrog/The Devourer of Stars.

As noted above, The Warlord, unlike the Sailor Slayers, can use most of his powers in his civilian form as well, albeit on a weaker scale. His transformation, unlike that of a typical Sailor Soldier or Tuxedo Mask, isn't activated by a transformation wand or a specific phrase. His knight form is triggered by extreme emotions (anger for example).

Weapons:
The Werewolf Destroyer: A special sword that was crafted from the same blade used by Sailor Galaxia in her battles against Sailor Chaos and the Devourer of Stars. This sword not only does serious damage to werewolves, but to any monster.
Only Martin/The Warlord can use the sword to its full power. A person related to the Warlord by blood (Sailor Tiamat for example) can use it, albeit not to its full power. If anyone else were to put their hands on it, the werewolf destroyer will sap them of their life force until they drop dead.
Mystical Chains: Black chains that are capable of transforming into a wide variety of constructs. These can turn into whips, chain hooks and even shuriken.

Special Attacks/Techniques:
Kamehameha: He cups his hands to his side, concentrating energy. He then thrusts his hands forward to shoot out either a streaming beam of energy or a explosive ball of energy.

Super Kamehameha: a powered up version of the kamehameha.

Star Struck Slash: The Warlord swings the werewolf destroyer at the air, tracing a fiery pentagram in the air. He then makes a slashing move at the fire star, making it go forward.

Pentagram Healing Escalation: Similar to Sailor Moon's Moon Healing Escalation. The Warlord holds up the Werewolf Destroyer and, as it emanates a trail of mist and glitter, moves it in a wide, circular motion, drawing the outline of a circle around his body. Afterwards, red energy balls would shot out of the sword after the circle was formed.
This attack is used to heal people who have been turned into a monster or heal those who have been affected by an enemy's power. However, only those whom still have traces of good will get healed, otherwise, people who have been corrupted to the point of no turning back, or were already evil to begin with, will get disintegrated. The Pentagram Healing Escalation does not turn werewolves back into normal humans, but it does however, make them very weak if struck.
