Lord Balrog, King of the Werewolves

MonstarArtwork

Name: Lord Balrog

Allingment: Evil

Age: Unknown

Species: Werewolf

Nationality: Romanian

Lord Balrog, otherwise known simply as Balrog, is the insane, power-hungry king of all werewolves and wolfkin. He is the most powerful werewolf ever to exist, capable of wiping out entire cities. He is The Warlord's arch-nemesis and mortal enemy of the Sailor Slayers.
Balrog's goal is to enslave the human race and become the most powerful being that has ever lived by eating the Sailor Slayers and absorbing their Sailor Crystals.
Balrog is the modern-day incarnation of the Devourer of Stars (fav.me/d958xg1), an ancient monster that helped Queen Beryl annihilate the Moon Kingdom and anything that had to do with it long ago.

Balrog is a monstrous werewolf covered in black and grey fur. He is big enough to swallow children and the heads of humans whole. His eyes, unlike those of his kin, have no apparent pupils, they resemble blank yellow orbs.
In his Turbo form, Balrog has silver-grey fur which spikes up in some areas, similar to a super saiyan's hair. His eyes, now with yellow pupils, are red.
Balrog's human form is that of a hairy, muscular man with long, wild black hair and a grey beard, and wolflike features. He wears a black trenchcoat, trousers and boots with golden trims.

Description: If there's something that Balrog likes more than anything it is killing young couples, eating children and beautiful women, and torturing his victims, both physically and psychologically, to then mutilate them in very gruesome ways. He hates The Warlord, the first being who's not a Sailor Senshi to ever hurt him. Balrog views all humans as nothing more than an inferior species that deserve to become livestock, at the same time, viewing other magical creatures as slaves, servants or scum. He views himself as a god amongst his species. He desires to eat the Sailor Slayers, and absorb their powers via their Sailor Crystals.

Origins: Eons ago, before the Moon Kingdom flourished, there existed a monster. It was a wolflike beast known as The Devourer of Stars. Having chosen the moon as its lair, it traveled across the universe, attacking various planets and eating all the sailor senshi it would find, and thus becoming more powerful while spreading dread and terror across the cosmos. Eventually, this monster would be defeated by a brave group of senshi by sealing it within the moon.

As time passed and the Moon Kingdom grew in power and glory, people from the moon and solar system had forgotten about the Devourer of Stars and the prophecy who said this monster would break free from its prison if the Silver Crystal, which gave power to the containment seal that trapped the Devourer of Stars, were to be destroyed. Queen Beryl, under the influence of Queen Metalia, launched a vicious attack at the Moon Kingdom, slaughtering everyone except for Queen Serenity, who was kept alive, forced to watch the carnage. The Silver Crystal was destroyed, negating the queen the chance to send her daughter, Prince Endymion, Luna and Artemis, and all of the Sailor Senshi to the future on Earth, and at the same time, breaking the seal that kept the Devourer at bay. The monster was free to cause chaos and death once again, the first thing it did after it was freed was eat the Sailor Senshi, except Sailor Saturn, who died trying a kamikaze attack, and Sailor Pluto, who got ripped apart in the voids of time and space, where she tried to send the Devourer to.
Just as it was about to head off to Earth, Queen Beryl offered the creature a proposition, to work for her or face death by her hand. The Devourer, who loathed the idea of serving an inferior being, murdered Beryl and vaporized her remains, then destroyed Queen Metalia, and lastly, killed Queen Serenity. The dead souls of Queen Serenity and her kingdom brought fourth the Starbeasts, who waged battle against the Devourer of Stars and finally destroyed the beast, right after it vowed to return in the future.

Many eons later, in the modern-day era, a child was born to loving gypsy parents in the Transylvanian countryside. There was something off about this little boy; dogs would surround the newborn as if referencing him, wolves would howl when near him, and religious clergy would be very frightened by the boy. There was something evil and diabolical about this boy even though he was just a baby. The gypsy village elders then remembered the legend of the Moon Kingdom, the Devourer of Stars and its vow to return.
Their fears would become a reality one night during the same day the Moon Kingdom was destroyed. The boy, now a young adult, began to go though a horrible transformation under the light of the blood moon. He had now become a muscular, black and grey werewolf, the reincarnated form of the same beast that killed Queen Serenity. Balrog, as he began to call himself, massacred his parents and the rest of the gypsy village, erecting a mighty castle where the village once stood. Balrog, being the most powerful werewolf ever, would become the lord of the lycans, leading a large kingdom composed of werewolves, gnolls, orcs, bugbears and other terrifying creatures. Balrog didn't have access to any of the powers gained from all the Sailor Senshi he had eaten in his previous life, but to make up for it, his new body created itself another even more powerful form he can transform into, along with attacks of his own. Only by eating the Sailor Slayers, will he regain those old powers back, along with those gained from the Slayers, and his original form.

One day, in a great hurry to find the Sailor Slayers, he traveled towards Mexico while ordering his minions to wait in Transylvania. After arriving to Mexico, his longing for sailor crystals was so great that he began to attack and eat every beautiful mexican girl he suspected of being a Sailor Slayer, leaving at his wake thousands of dead victims. Eventually, he made his way to Aguascalientes and encountered a girl named Lupita. Believing her to be one of the fabled Sailor Slayers, he kidnapped her and took her to the mountains to eat her in peace. However, a young man with supernatural powers known as Martin, took notice of this and rescued Lupita from the claws of the werewolf king. He and Balrog would feud many times until a certain night. That night, Martin had transformed into the Warlord, Harbinger of Hate and Injustice, and destroyed Balrog. Unfortunately, Lord Balrog would eventually ressurect via a thunderbolt that struck the place where his remains were located. Appearing before a band of drunken teenagers, Lord Balrog had returned from hell, carrying a coffin with him. This time, Balrog called in his minions for assitance, assuring that this time, he would not fail on his mission.
