For some time now, an unexpected visitor has been seen orbiting these creatures’ homeworld.

You’d figure this would be a joyful event, accompanied by parades and excessive tail-wagging. However, in this case, there is indeed cause for a bit of worry. The visitor has been seen eating large chunks of the moon. Some of the creatures’ foremost philosophers and scientists believe that, before long, their planet as well, will be star-beast supper.

As a preventive measure, this contraption, called the “loudspeaker”, was constructed, to enable contact with the enormous guest. The general consensus is that the big visitor looks like a kind-hearted fellow. As long as they ask nicely, it will probably pick another stellar body for dinner.
