Laird James McCullen XXIV, better known as Destro, and Baroness Anastasia DeCobray, the real power behind the puppet Cobra Commander. Destro's armament company, M.A.R.S, was always able to provide firepower, and the Baroness provided a firepower all her own. They've always been two of my favorite villain designs, and so I decided to furry-ize them for my submission to the Califur convention book.
