This is the LAST 2014 Quill Dog that will be created and sold this year! This particular design was inspired by two entities: the sun, and the dragon, which inspired me to tie in some Kanji wording as well into this piece. :3 Made on Paint Tool SAI over the course of a few hours, last night and this morning. This was originally a sketch that I was doodling to warm up for a piece for a client, but I kinda took it too far and thought, "well, may as well finish this!" I tried to give the design a more festive/new-year/refreshing feel.
