Charles Montinet is one of two OCs of mine from the GIGN, the French counter-terror unit that have kicked terrorist butt, often from the shadows away from the public eye. Charlie here is a senior member and experienced sniper, and favors the F2 rifle. And a short note, he's a Blue Picardy Spaniel, no relations to Captain Picard of the USS Enterprise.
