...At least, Will seems to think so anyhow. As while he might've shaped himself into a latios, he didn't get any psychic powers to let him fly...so instead, he just inflated his belly huge enough to bounce around on it like a massive balloon! He seems rather proud of the clever little trick too, given how much he's hopping around and showing off that new form. Now he's showing it off to you! Just make sure that you don't find yourself underneath him while he's bouncing around all over the place, or you'll find yourself stuck flat to that gut for however long he feels like bouncing around for...~
