Mihai is a sneaky dragon who Ceres met recently in a game. She does not trust him, and with good reason! He has tried to kill her niece and tried to make it look like an accident, he has been responsible for the deaths of a large group of dragons, and he is trying to summon forth some powerful evil spirit that kills dragons and well people too I suspect. Also he does not like her brother.
Mihai is a corrupt soldier who has an important position in The Dragon Council. Ceres also wants to overthrow The Dragon Council cuz she does not approve of the way they do things <.<

Again he was drawn on toned paper and I coloured him with Copics. I like the saturated effect the toned paper has on the marker, makes it look almost antique. My friend described him as a sleek green dragon and so I came up with this and she liked the striping I added on him.
