Some General info about me is I am a mother of 3, a wife of a Naval Submariner and a happy go lucky person. I have 3 main sonas, 2 ferrets who are basically the same but polar opposites, and a canine anime type mutt. I love Everyone of my commissioners and friends on this site you all mean alot to me and I am thankful you took the time to get to know me.I do get busy with my life outside of FA so please be patient with me while I do my commissions, trades and such. Payment

*I will only accept payment in full up front.

*I only accept payment through PayPal or OCCASIONALLY I will take a Money order (ASK FIRST!). PAYMENT MUST BE IN USD (UNITED STATES DOLLARS) ONLY. PLEASE SET PAYMENT AS A SERVICE AND PUT YOUR FA NAME IN THE MESSAGE SLOT

*If you aren't pleased with your art, I do not offer refunds. We can discuss the problem and I may agree to either fix it or draw you something else of equal value for free, but this is fully at my discretion only. **

*If a Situation arises where you need a refund, note me and we can do that

Work Scheduling and Viewing

*Most Commissions are done off stream, if you wish to see your Commission streamed PLEASE let me know before hand!

*I don't mind not posting private commissions; if you'd rather me simply email you the file once its done and keep your piece anonymous on the queue, just let me know and I can arrange that.

*If I am doing your commission off stream you can ask for a WIP image (changes will be made then) IF in stream and you leave the stream while I'm working on your commission, you forfeit any right to have me change anything for free.

*If your reference is wrong, or you have specific details you want shown in the piece, it is YOUR responsibility to tell me ALL of the additional information prior to me starting work on the commission.

*I accept written descriptions and SL refs, but ONLY if I find them suitable for my needs to do your commission, I will tell you otherwise!

Copyright Stuff

*If you want me to color/line someone else's artwork, you MUST have them send permission TO ME DIRECTLY through a note or email first. Your word is not good enough.

*You can repost my art anywhere you like as long as you credit me and link back to this FA account.

*You may not color any piece for your own personal use unless it is free lineart made specifically by me for public use(unless I have given you premission before hand). No commissioned piece may be recolored without the commissioner's permission as well as my own.

*You or no one else MAY EDIT MY ART without my permission.

*I keep the rights to all of my art. You may not resell a piece for any reason without giving me 100% of the proceeds.

*Duplicate images: Please do not ask me to recreate or duplicate an already existing image line-for-line. This includes an image in my gallery or in another person's gallery/collection. If you want an image similar to another you must allow me some form of creative freedom in rendering you piece in order to make it unique or else I will not accept your commission and/or the agreement will be terminated.

*I can refuse any commission at any time for any reason.

Stuff You Pay Extra For

I add a fee for:

*Wings

*Second Life references

*Complicated character designs (up to my discretion)

*Text references (if you don't have a visual ref, I'm basically doing half your job for you in creating a character)

*More than 3 changes to a commission. IE: if you have me change the pose three times, then suddenly decide you want the character facing left instead of right, you will be charged an extra $5 at a minimum. The reason for this is that for all I know, you're letting me finish each sketch only to screenshot it and have it finished for cheaper while getting more art from me. Changing position before I've completed a sketch is okay.

Here is a list of things I will NOT draw!

Babyfurs or those under 18 in general OR sexual situations

Bestiality

Tentacle rape or penetration

Scat, pooping, soiling, urinating and Vomit

Snuff

My characters sexually with someone else's character OR sexually explicit images of my personal characters

Non-con/Rape

Armor or extensive machinery

vore/penis vore

inflation/ balloons

Hyper anything

TF/transformation

Multi boob or penis

Multi headed creatures

Herms with BOTH parts.. I don't mind herms with boobs and penis or cunt boys

egg-laying

IF YOU BUY A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU ARE PROMISING ME THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE RULES AND ARE KNOWINGLY SUBJECTING YOURSELF TO ALL OF THE THINGS LISTED ABOVE. IF YOU DO NOT READ THIS FIRST, TOUGH LUCK. NOBODY IS AN EXCEPTION TO ANY OF THESE RULES.
