Another character sketch that I decided to finish. I only planned to flat color him, but I went ahead and added a bit more. :)

Many a brave fool who encountered this bandit's charming smile and polite requests to hand over their valuables thought they could fight their way out of his clutches. Most of those fools were no longer breathing.

Ever since Ragnaroga Jacques could remember, he'd lived on the streets. He learned fast to obey the strong to survive, but Ragnaroga was a small child with a kind soul, and the other kids saw his kindness as a weakness. However, while the other kids were stealing and fighting recklessly, and dying recklessly, Ragnoroga survived well. He studied martial arts and slight of hand to better prey on the kindness of strangers and the small sympathies of his peers. He always followed the path of least resistance to get what he wanted.

His cute tricks didn't work as well as he grew older, but he never forgot what he'd learned back then. Why argue and fight and suffer needlessly when he could smile and negotiate and get what he wanted?

But do not mistake his apparent kindess for mercy. Ragnaroga grew up on the streets. He would do whatever it took to survive.
