LyhokoLeaci got himself turned into a big fat japanese gal by his character Yuuno, who's of course now turned herself into a guy in order to marry her, Leaci, now Misa, may not seem all too happy about the idea, but I get the hint Misa will find out about what Yuuno is hinting later that night.

We had seen a similar scenario to this before, so it seems whether Leaci ends up as a skinny lil' gal or a huge fatty is up to Yuuno's whim.
