Very well done. I love all the details in the shading and like even lil random freckle spots. XD

I guess all them butterfly wings flapping are causing some pretty bad storms closer than one would expect.

  I use Photoshop Elements! I think I'm using PS Elements 10 but there's probably a newer version by now.

      Photoshop Elements is still an Adobe product, and it's pretty much like regular Photoshop except cheaper and with fewer features. Honestly, I've never used regular Photoshop, so I'm not sure what all Elements is missing, but so far I haven't needed it to do anything it can't do!
