I thought it was time to give Ciara a break after I've been picking on her lately. So here's Her Majesty Queen Ciara XIII, Protector of the City, Lord of the Five Clans, Emperor of the Copper Islands and Blood Daughter of Ciaran the Conqueror just hanging out and looking like the badass she is. (But don't worry, she's really a big softy.)

Or if you feel like being a bit less formal, her subjects often refer to her as Ciara the Bastard, when they think she can't hear. Though it must be said that this title refers to her parentage, and not her demeanor as she is quite possibly the most affable monarch in her kingdom's thousand year history. She'll lead her soldiers into battle and fight beside them all day, then go out drinking and dancing with them all night.

This started out as a simple commission to show off Ciara's new outfit and relevant jewelry. This includes the star pin that is the symbol of her kingdom. The five arms of the star symbolize the original five clans that Ciaran, her paternal ancestor, forged into the heart of what became the modern kingdom. The ruby at the center, and the ruby veins, symbolize the unbroken reign of his descendants throughout the centuries.
