Ok I GOTTA ask because I adore the leaves... the one on the right tho (Triage's left) is just SO COOL. Are these textures or a mix of texture and painting?

  The whole thing sorta is. Its 100% just painted with a super light marble texture placed over. It looks pretty much exactly the same without it tho I just put it on to look more natural
