Every month I do 2 badges for the ConBadge Exchange; one on FurAffinity, one on Weasyl. This is Alex the fruit/painted bat for AlexGoneLoco on Weasyl.

Drawn with CloverPaint on my Samsung Note 10.1 tablet, shaded in PaintTool Sai, and finished in Photoshop CS3.

      Hehe, I'm glad you approve. I was actually sitting on this for at least one night when I had it done. For some reason there's something about it that I want to "fix" but I can't figure it out. XD So yeah, maybe it's just my imagination and perfectionism running overtime or something. But yay! I'd love to see a photo of the final product. I don't actually have the resources to print and send them, otherwise I would have totally offered, but I'd love to see if after you have. ^_^ And you're most welcome. Best. Comment. Ever. =D

        No man this is super perfect, this is the absolute best anyone had ever done with my character! The only thing off, and I'm only mentioning it since you were wondering and by no means feel obligated to fix it because I adore it as is, is that there are no whites in my characters eyes.

        I also gotta say that my favorite part is the nose! I adore the way the Fox bat's noise looks and you nailed it! Internet high five!

        I will make sure I link you to a photo once I've got it printed and laminated!

          Aaaah, I was looking at that. I actually looked up references of Bats so I could get in some details like the shape of the nose, and I had noticed the eyes. But I tend to give my anthro characters more human-ish/manga-ish eyes. Something about full feral eyes on an anthro character tends to... throw me off I guess. So I just went with what I knew.

          But yes, quite proud of the nose, took me about 3 tries to get that right. I actually had looked at some of the other artwork you have (and have received) and I noticed that on your sheet the nose was pointed out as one thing you were particular about so I made sure to get that in as best I could. And your lizard industrial, and your necklace (though I really did have to simplify it, which I feel bad about).

          But yay! Internet high fives all over (Haphephobic, not big on hugs, but high fives I can do all day.) ~does a little happy dance~

    This came out beautiful. You always put so much work into your badges for the community (which I love) and really you outdid yourself this time. This is fabulous!!!! Alex is freaking out about how much he loves it over Skype right now. <3

      Ahaha, "the big cheese has commented on your image"... hocrap! What rule did I break? XD Oh, a compliment?! Lawl. But, this is by far the second best comment I have ever gotten (Alex's being the first, sorry, no one can top that recation, lol). I take that as a huge compliment to my work.

      The conbage exchange has been awesome, I've noticed a huge improvement in my work since I started, and I'm glad I'm not the only one that's noticed. Thank you so much. And for taking the time to leave me a comment, I appreciate that immensely.

      I do honestly try to do my best with each one, solely because I want to. Not because I'm obligated to (I know, it says in the rules try your best no matter what level you're at), but yeah... and it's for this exact reason. I love the fact that someone gets a surprise at the end of the day, something they weren't expecting and are (hopefully) epically happy with. Makes the whole thing worthwhile to me. ^_^

      Glad to know I hit the mark. ^_^ (Twice actually, got an awesome comment on my FA badge too. =D Apparently I nailed it twice this month. Unf!) LOL.
