The infamous villainess / anti-heroine and mistress of stylishness "The Parasol" has been invited to visit the city of Wellington by Our Heroine - but The Parasol is finding out the hard way why the city is known as "Windy Wellington"!

People say that Chicago is windy, but that's just peanuts to Wellington...
