Im Cabaret, au Cabaret, to Cabaret~! Commissioned by Ojikori for my birthday, based on a conversation we had about artificiality in characters and musicals. I love the opening to Cabaret so much, and I love the Emcee. But mostly I love providing a show that people can enjoy and lose themselves in!

Ayeaka did a fantastic job on this. The details are amazing, and the lighting is spectacular. She really got the pose down too, that exaggerated, open joy. And, of course, the squirrel-cat tail. They deserve far more attention. <3
