Elry Schiavona, a beautiful and elegant sorceress and famous explorer. She returns to the home of her lover, a brave Sarulian knight, but only to find that he and his home were destroyed in a fire set by the king's men. He had formed a plot to assassinate the corrupt ruler, but the plot was discovered and he and his accomplices were trapped in his home as it was set ablaze. Filled with remorse and anger, Elry could think of nothing else but vengence. With her mind made up, she travelled to Azuron and pledged to aid Prince Magnus' efforts in reuniting Sarulia to justify her love's demise.

Elry is very well spoken and passionate. She uses her vast knowledge of other cultures to aid Magnus in solidifying good relations, often working as an emissary or diplomat to negotiate with dignitaries from other nations. Being a highly capable magician also insures her own personal safety as she holds the knowledge of many powerful spells from assembling and projecting destructive elements such as fire and lightning to creating magical barriers and telepathy.
