BIKER MICE FROM MARS by Madbassist

BIKER MICE FROM MARS

Madbassist

I thought to my self one day like "Black Rebel Motorcycle Club's initials are BRMC, the Biker Mice From Mars' initials are BMFM. They are both a trio, they are both supposedly bikers and rebels." And then I thought to myself "how come NO ONE HAS THOUGHT OF THIS?!"

So we got L-R:

Vinnie as Nick Jago on drums and backup vocals.

Modo as Robert Levon Been on bass, guitar and vocals.

Throttle as Peter Hayes on guitar and vocals.

In order not to lose human causalities during the colonization of Mars, Sometime in the 20th century, gene splicing between human and various mammalian DNA began to create a few races of mutated humanoids to colonize Mars instead of humans. The first subjects who were sent to Mars to establish foundations on mars for colonization were a joint cooperation between the(than) Soviet Union Space Program and NASA. NASA sent rat and mouse humanoids while Russia sent out cat and dog humanoids. The first generations of humanoids were designed to act as willing soldiers and workers and to multiply between them as a work force on mars in time for the humans to come. Problems arose when slowly the supposedly willing work force started to rebel against humans but mostly between eachother. The mice and dog humanoids didnt deny access and colony space on mars for the human colonists, but wanted to remain loyal to themselves instead of being human "slaves" as some described it. The cats and rats however denied access, due to natural hatred to some of the other species and due to political disagreements regarding colonization space. Eventually it all peeked when all 5 species on the planet found out each of them have spies inside their countries. Thus the Martian Multi-Species Was broke out.

The Biker Mice From Mars were formed after three veterans of the Martian Multi-Species War served their duty. They were members of a special vehicular combat force that specialized in urban and open field guerrilla tactics to take down large military groups and locations using heavily armed and highly mobile, specially designed military motorcycles. This specific tactic was adopted from the humanoid mice's appreciation of the human's biker culture. Most of them didnt even wear traditional military uniforms in combat. Instead they wore traditional biker wear that was reinforced in various places with metal and ceramic plating. The helmets also bore a large resemblance to the biker culture helmets but these were also adapted for military use and for the heads of humanoid mice. All this is to keep with the tradition of biker culture. This close relation was due to the mice feeling highly thankful for the humans for evolving them and unlike the rat humanoids, they understood that the use of their proto species as a basis for animal experimentation was mostly necessary(some even went as far as to claim that half of the Homo-Musian medical advancements wouldnt exist without humans experimenting on mice, thus heavily defending them).

After the conclusion of the war the pacifistic humans went out of their way to try and preach to the species how much harm war does. After a decade or so things calmed down though political tensions still existed, not to mention occasional terrorist attacks by species supremacists.

The three mouse veterans returned home battered, scarred, wounded and maimed. During the war the three decided to "adopt" each other as brothers. This was partly due to the father of the eldest of the three always giving them help and tips, when the three were still in a band in their teen years. The Eldest was Modo, who's father actually was a musical legend at the time(that's why he helped them as a band) inspired him to pickup the bass guitar and sing. The other two, Throttle and Vinnie soon fell in love with the music of Modo's father and then fell in love with the human music and culture that inspired Modo's father so much. Vinnie and Throttle came from rather...dysfunctional families to say the least and also saw a father figure in Modo's dad who essentially took them in and almost raised them as his own. The other reason for the pact was at the climax of the war, they were sent on a suicide mission. Before that they decided to officially announce themselves as brothers and signed an army document to declare so. That is so that in case they will die, they will be buried next to eachother and so that the tombstones will say that they were indeed brothers.

Instead, they returned alive. Some of their songs suggest that sometimes they with they didnt....

Modo lost his right arm which made him lose hope in ever playing a bass again. Throttle and Vinnie both went berserk in the head officer's office and demanded(at gun point) that Modo will receive from army the latest in cybernetic limb replacement technology. The two sat in jail for about a year but when they came out Modo greeted them with a smile, holding his battered bass guitar once more.

The three decided to reform the band and name it "Biker Mice From Mars" as a homage to their roles in the army and to the human biker culture that swept most of the mice. The name became even more relevant when they received citizenship in the USA and became a hit garage rock revival band.
