Hey! I say that you requested a critique for this! Overall I think it is a very nice chibi! The legs are a little long and the torso is a little short though.
Also the colors are very bright and not too pleasing to look at, maybe outlining the figure in white could help or tone down the background a little. But yeah nice work and keep drawing!
