A concept sketch for a new character I've had in mind for a long while now.
This is Collin Garris, also known as Three, a tiger with an affinity for shotguns. (His favourite is the SPAS-12~)
He's a mercenary, specializing in extractions and retrievals.

Still working on some of his other details, eventually making a ref sheet as well.
