yea I wanna make more backgrounds they're cool
and yea I realized later that the legs sucked but it was way too late to fix it and I was just like eh I do gotta work on legs and feet and stuff more one day I'll get on that

Can't thank you enough for this. ^^ So I'll give you a critique on this. :P
You did the lighting super well on this, I can tell you worked super hard on the shading and the lighting. ^^
And I was absolutely stunned that you decided to work on a back for it, and the setting is a gorgeous idea, so I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth for an extra gift. Although, I would love to see you make more landscapes and backgrounds in the future. ^^
I think one area you need to work on though, is feet and legs, it looks like you tried to make it digitigrade and plantigrade by it's positioning, plus I haven't seen you practice the bottom half of the body much. What is your preference of types of legs by the way? You do tend to draw a lot of boots on characters, so I presume, plantigrade? :P
