An old character, but I draw her/them (no reproductive organs nor mammary glands) so rarely many details still are unknown to me. Sometimes I see this being with hoofed feet and rectangular pupils, for example.

She has snakes for hair, and you can see some split ends. That part is based on my own hair behaving as if they had a life of their own. And on the Hydra, minus the danger. These noodles are harmless.
