Kissacores are a closed species. You may not make your own.

Kissacore ("kissa" [meaning cat in Finnish] + "core" [ending syllable of manticore])

Kissacore Origins
Kissacores are cat-sized familiars created by witches as companions. During more modern times, they have been mass-produced by witches to be sold as pets. They're usually demonic-looking creatures that can use a small amount of magic. They all have cat-like bodies, a mane of fluffy fur, large front-paws, and big eyes. Tails, wings, horns, mane-length, and other attributes vary from each Kissacore.

Pendants
Each Kissacore has a pendant or charm that appears when they'r created. They usually wear this pendant on things such as collars, bracelets, clips, and other styles. The pendant is a conductor for their magical powers, and without it they would not be able to use any magic.

Behavior
Kissacores were originally created to be helpers, and that has not changed. They will use their large paws to help move and bring things to their masters. They are usually very loyal, and will fight to the death to protect their master. Because of this, it is not wise to keep multiple Kissacore. If a Kissacore's master dies, they often die soon after from depression. Kissacores can feel love and friendship for other Kissacore, as long as they do not have the same master.

Magic and Fighting Form
They can usually use simple spells, such as creating small flames or breaking things from a distance. They also can use all their magical energy to enter a semi-anthro state which they can use to fight. They can only be in this form for a small amount of time, and are usually exhausted afterwards.

Body Types
A Kissacore's base appearance and magical powers can vary from the strength of the witch that creates it. Normal witches only have enough power to create common ones, but rare ones that are the size of wild cats (think lynx, bobcat, serval) can be created. Even more ultra rare ones the sizes of large wild cats like lions and tigers can be created, but only by the most powerful of witches.

Physical Appearances
Kissacores are creatures that can vary a lot in appearance, due to the fact they're created however a witch may desire. Many attributes very, can be mixed, and no two are ever alike. Not all attributes are easy to create, however, so many are more rare than others.
