Further chronicling Badger Willard's horrible luck with the old vehicles on his used car lot.
This time, it looks like one of the old hunks of junk is so untrustworthy and useless, it needs to be towed off... I do suppose that is a mean thing to say about Willard, isn't it? I suppose it describes a few of the cars on his lot as well, though.
