Another 2013 favorite.

One of the recurring themes in my art seems to be characters in their underwear, for some reason I have quite a bit of fun drawing scenes like this. I also favor drawing chubby male characters in these sorts of scenes.

Nikolai is one of my more "tough guy" characters, working as a bodyguard for high-ranking military officials and the like.

Nikolai having a snack of leftover pizza while lounging around in his boxers, printed with pictures of Raccoon Charley (a very early attempt at digital art from 2012 when I was just learning how to do it, and it became a picture I often used as a graphic on other characters' t-shirts). Cartoon character prints are fun, and the idea that a tough guy like Nikolai would have cartoon-print undies is adorable and silly.

Interestingly, the first comment I received on this piece over on DA was in relation to the pizza slice, of all things.
