Anxiety and depression have definitely been impacting my ability to sleep the past few months as well, it's something I can certainly relate to.

Then again, I can relate to a few other possible reasons he's wandering around the house in his underwear in the middle of the night while looking far less comfortable than one should while wandering around their home in their underwear in the middle of the night... Maybe he needs to pee but the bathroom is occupied by his housemate, or he's heard a strange noise in the night, or for some strange reason he's woken up hungry at 3am...
