Since drawing portraits of older and under-utilized characters was something I was using as a bit of a "comfort subject"/practice for getting back into art, here's more portrait cuteposting, this time featuring the Lightbearer Dominion shocktrooper, Captain Tondra.

This is the first time I've ever drawn her from an angle that shows her right cheek, so I decided to add a little scar on her cheek--unlike the average Keahi, which are typically quite calm and easygoing by nature, Tondra is rather aggressive and assertive, and legitimately enjoys flexing her strength and combat prowess. 

However, her aggression and assertiveness tend to manifest in a more friendly and playful manner most of the time, immediately making her the alpha in whatever group she's with currently and giving her serious "Mom Friend" energy while simultaneously being more of a "Cool Aunt" type.
She's sassy and snarky, and plenty capable of backing up her words with action if needed--it's better to decline her invitation to "settle it outside", a hug might leave you with a cracked rib, and if she challenges you to arm wrestle for the last piece of whatever local cuisine has struck her fancy at whatever dive bar she and her squad are hanging out at, it's best to weigh whether or not whatever is at stake is worth the potential to have a shoulder dislocated!
