As it turns out, Skunk Boy wasn't the only one to adopt a mutant mutt back in 2014--Tex also adopted her own fleabag, the "not-sure-if-dog-or-coyote-or-coydog-or-demon" Scraps. Great minds think alike, after all!
Much like Wolfy, I imagine Scraps being a lot like Scooby-Doo in some ways, definitely sapient even if his ability to speak is quite limited, if not a bit "off" by human standards at times and far more "feral" than "anthro" in his behaviors and mannerisms.
