More art-block-breaker critter art (and a sort-of redraw of a favorite piece from 2015), this time featuring a flexible, ferret or weasel-like creature from the Ridgeback homeworld.

Often referred to as "Noodle" or "String" by offworlders thanks to its long, flexible body able to contort into unusual positions, these omnivorous weasel-like creatures are sometimes taken as pets by the native Ridgebacks.

This drawing does lack some of the charm of the original, but I've noticed that about a lot of my more recent work--while I've gained a better understanding of things like proportion and anatomy, I've also become lazy and burnt out over the years, resulting in a lot of repeated poses and themes and work that often feels "stiff" compared to the more flawed but fun art of years past.
