Queen Matriarch of Geoterra's largest hyena nation and the mother of young Melissa, Queen Sheyen is one of those characters that's fairly important, yet I don't draw very much. Her design has gone through several slight revisions over the years, mostly in regard to her face paint, but this time I gave her royal adornments a bit of a revision as well. Previously, they were vaguely influenced by ancient Egyptian visuals, but more recently I decided to clean up the design a bit and incorporate influences from other ancient in-universe civilizations that seemed to have shaped the history of the entire galaxy instead...
