More "portraits of forgotten characters" fun with Wesley Ratkus.

As a few of my friends know, I suddenly started appreciating rats in March/April of 2020. I like the "boggle" thing they do when they're happy. It's weird.

Anyways, Wesley Ratkus, one of the few rodent characters I have, and actually drew somewhat often a few years ago, returns... with a pink nose this time!
