Thanks! I like drawing baby animals like this. Dennis in particular is one I have a lot of fun with, and I have a few other pictures where he's cranky too.

Lmao. OuO Baby furs are cute, no? Lol.

Oh, I definitely enjoy drawing them, most of the time at least. It's like the best parts of a dog puppy, and the best parts of a human puppy, combined into one cartoon creature that you don't have to worry about constantly or deal with all its odors and secretions and excretions.

Exactly. Thing about quite a few furs is they no like baby furs... ono

Well... to me, "babyfur" more means the people and the fetish and that genre, than just art of baby characters. I'm honestly hesitant to tag much of my art of baby characters as "babyfur" since they're just... babies. They're not infant fursonas, and they're not drawn to appeal to the fetish.

I can see why many people have a negative impression of the babyfur community, I've talked to many myself and my experiences have been mixed. Some have been great people! Others have been total creeps. I try not to judge individuals before getting to know them, though, and my overall opinion of the community is neutral.

I don't necessarily believe they deserve all the hate they get, though, and it's a shame the poor reputation that community has spills over onto any depiction of a baby anthro character. After all, wouldn't adult anthro creatures produce infant anthro creatures when they procreate? Or would their babies be tadpoles or grubs or something...?

(Come to think of it I don't think I have any races with any sort of "larval stage" like that, they all just produce babies, maybe I should play with the "larva" idea at some point.)

Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh... I didn't think of it THAT way... Hmmm... I guess I need to think things over... Lol.

                  Oh, no, you're fine!

I'm not super into furry, and my experience with the social aspects is limited even after all these years online. I may be wrong in how I use the terminology. It's strange because "babyfur" seems to be able to refer to any baby character in anthro art, an entire genre encompassing baby characters and related themes, the combination of infantilism/ageplay fetish and furry (as a theme in general, or as a fetish), an infant/toddler fursona, and a person who uses such a fursona.
