2015 art, one of those "creative itch" things.

I was in the mood to draw a radioactive mutant, so this happened. This is also a good way of introducing a "contaminated zone" I can populate with more freaky mutants whenever I'm in the mood to draw more.

Probably the result of watching some sort of video about Chernobyl or something.
