Finally done~ I got really inspired to draw this one, maybe because it's my own species I'm working on a little more which make me really happy.
Newborns are born pattern-less, their limbs are too weak to help him swim on their own, so their parents carry them into a bubble under their tail so the baby can breath and grow up stronger.
Infants once old enough to swim by themselves close to their parents. They still really dependent and never get too far from them. Pattern start to show up and their horns ( if they have any) start to get out.
Youths are way more active then infant, they try to discovers what's around them and are particularly playful. They slowly learn to interact with their own kind and what they should avoid to get close by. Young male usually tend to get their first scratches during this period. The patterns can now be clearly show but they'll get darker through their lives.
Young adults start to get detached from their parents to establish their own territory. Now independent they try to survive on their own and usually find a group that would accept them. Some moves from group to group until they get accepted.
Mature shrimp tailed dragons are now ready to mate and have their own child, they're usually really strong and can protect their territory really well. They patterns are now fully developed and is now use to seduce their future partner.
