An entry for Young-at-Heart-Bear’s Padded Care Bear contest. Naturally, I had to go with one of the cubs, even though they are already padded in the show, since they played a small part in my developing my love for diapered toons.

This is based on one episode where Tugs falls into a shallow river. Like many cartoons, his diaper is completely unphased by this. To be fair, it is a cloth diaper, which isn’t as absorbent as the thicker ones, though you would still expect it to droop or such. Regardless, I decided to make that fact redundant and drew what I would’ve loved to see in that scene. Grams is probably going to have to puncture that diaper to release the river…

Visual Description:

Tugs sits there in a cloth diaper that has absorbed all the water in the river that caused it to bloat greatly, roughly around three times the size of him. He lifts up his left arm to get attention as he blushes and asks “Grams, can you change my diaper?”
