Another character from my Shield of Art series, Kaitlyn is an actual baby. When I say that, I mean that she is mentally a baby as well as a physical one. She was saved by Jeris at the last moment before being sent to a re-education center and is cared for by Cirea. Being the same age as Elliot, she and him get along splendidly after they meet, possibly developing romantic relationship before they can even figure out what love is.
