This is Jeris' older brother Sachiel. He just loves water. Before the conflict, he was a champion swimmer. In the resistance, he often watches from the water and does stealth missions in the sewers. He is rarely seen without a swim diaper. He shuns regular diapers because they slow him down when swimming.
