Inspired heavily by Syndicate, Diapercate is about a world underground that has major corporations run by babyfurs. The largest is owned by Leon 13 (yes, me). Leon enjoys being on top and will do anything to keep his position, especially when his power is being rivaled by a Chameleon Dragon Hybrid known as Quaser and his model, Penelope.
